- Prepare culinary items to the highest standards of food production, quality, taste, presentation and hygiene within the hotel; maximizing Team members, Guest and Owner satisfaction.

- With high integrity, ensure that guests experience the highest quality 5 star culinary standards.

- Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions.

- Receives and examines food products and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meets hotels standards and requirements.

- Consistently prepare culinary items according to established recipes and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food preparation, presentation and service techniques.

- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and prep areas, strict adherence to hygiene programs and professional grooming/personal hygiene standards.


 

Compensation & Benefits

 

- Monthly gross salary 2500€

- Thirteenth and fourteenth month's salary paid by the end of the season together with TFR and untaken holidays

- Technical competency - Demonstrated culinary competence, professional knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, procedures and presentation, use of kitchen tools and understanding of international fine dining, wine and service standards.

- Minimum 2 years culinary experience in world-class hotel.
