- With creativity, personal commitment and an emotional sense of authentic hospitality, you create the most positive impact possible on guest experiences in the restaurant.

- Meet service needs proactively, on time and professionally, with attention to detail and efficiency.

-Supervises and ensures the proper functioning of the designated area, checking the quality and presentation in accordance with the designated F&B standards before serving.

- Accommodate guests, cater to food, beverages and other service needs as required, and ensure that expenses are properly recorded in guest files.

- Resolve complaints regarding food and quality of service at first contact with guests, to ensure exceptional service.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wines, other beverages, local restaurants, food trends and practices in the industry. 

- Positions Available for Gennaro's, Bianca Rooftop, Beachclub, In Room Dining.


 

Compensation & Benefits

 

- Monthly gross salary 2140€

- Thirteenth and fourteenth month's salary paid by the end of the season together with TFR and untaken holidays

- Free accomodation on the Island
